Leave it like that for few more minutes before you go for the next step. The most tacky and important step is to apply the foil on your nails. Apply a piece of transfer foil on you nail by just placing it on the center.
Let it set up by itself and then you can press it to your nails by using your finger or cotton swap on all corners. You can also use your stamper to roll over the foil to make it stuck with the glue. You can use your fingers and nails to check the edges and confirm that the foil is properly stuck with the glue on your nails.
When you realize that the foil got properly caught by the glue on your nails, you will need to pull off the foil from your nail and you have to be very careful at this step. Hold any edge of the foil and pull it off slowly by not interrupting the attached ones on the nail.
After pulling off the foil, you will see a perfect metallic look on your nails by the shining effect of the transfer foils. To finish this nail art, you will need to apply a clear coat on your nails which is really important for a foil nail art as it won’t be stable enough to stay on your nails without another coating.
Don’t forget to clean up the edges before applying the clear coat. Once you get used to these simple steps, you can try different colored transfer foils on your nail and create rainbow effect. Foil nail art looks best on black nail color but still you can choose any dark color and get the best combination for your nails!
