To make these lasagna roll ups first you have to prepare a tomato sauce.
After that take some water in a pot and when it comes to boil pop in
lasagna noodles. While the noodles get boiled prepare the filling. For
the filling mix some blanched and drained spinach, parmesan , ricotta ,
mozzarella, egg, salt and pepper. Drain the water from the lasagna
sheets and spread the filling on the sheets one by one, roll them and
put in a greased oven dish. Make all the rolls in the same way. Pour the
