Learn how to make Chic Handbag from an Old Sweater...

This cute handbag will make a good impression wherever you go. Roomy and chic, it will make you happy and satisfied with your accomplishment, because you’re gonna do it by following the instructions and especially the pictures below....

You will need:
- 1 old wool sweater for the handbag and 2 for decorations;
- fabric for padding ( for example from an old skirt);
- needles and threads;
- sewing machine (optional);
- scissors;
- pattern.
Directions: Make a pattern based on the form and dimensions you can see in the picture (the fifth below). Use it to cut the shape of your bag and also for the padding fabric. Flip sweater so it is inside out, and also the fabric. Mark a central line of the handbag and make a small cut for the handles. With the piece of material you cut from the handles you can make a cute inside the bag pocket by sewing it on the padding. Connect the handbag material with the padding and sew together. Be carefully to sew the handles correctly. The floral decorations are very easy to make. You will have to cut 49 disks with a dimension of 7,5 cm each one. Use a glass to trace the form and then cut. Take 7 disks, sew them separately and then attach them together. Repeat the procedure for the rest of the disks. Sew the flowers on the bag. And Voila! Enjoy your new lovely handbag!
